Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. No questions asked.

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle. You can request a refund in either of the following ways:

• Visit paddle.net and use their self-service refund flow.
• Email us at support@ubuntubizbox.com with your order reference and we will initiate the refund on your behalf.

Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days and will be returned to the original payment method. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
